If you are a tenant leasing a Meridian apartment or single-family home or condo, you may pay your rent online or by phone. 

IF YOU ARE AN APARTMENT RESIDENT, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:

1) Go to www.rentpayment.com

2) Click on 'Renters: Pay your rent online'

3) If this is your first time using Rentpayment.com, click on 'Make Payment'.

4) In the "Property Information" box, type in the name of your apartment complex. 

5) On the next screen, please verify that the correct apartment complex and address has been identified.  Then click 'Make Payment'.

6) Follow the instructions on the 'Make a Payment' screen to make your rent payment.

  • IF YOU ARE A RESIDENT IN A SINGLE FAMILY HOME OR CONDO, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:

    1) Go to https://www.rentpayment.com/pay/login.html?pc=M6E33PHA24

    2) If this is your first time using Rentpayment.com, click on 'Make Payment'.

    3) Follow the instructions on the ‘Create a Login’ screen to make your rent payment.

    4) *Please be sure to include your property addresss in the 'Unit/Address' field.  This will ensure that your payment is credited to the correct account.*
