Dear Tenant,We are excited to announce a new choice that we are offering all of our tenants. You may now pay your rent online with a check or credit card through our new partnership with Rentpayment.com.
If you would like to make your payments in this manner, please follow the instructions below:
- Go to: https://www.rentpayment.com/pay/login.html
- If this is your first time using Rentpayment.com, click on New User 'Make Payment'.
- Follow the instructions on the ‘Create a Login’ screen to make your rent payment.
- *Please be sure to include your property address in the 'Unit/Address' field. This will ensure that your payment is credited to the correct account.*
You may still mail a check or money order to our office as you have done in the past; this is simply another option if you choose to use it.
