Meridian Management Group was conceived with the mission of providing the best full-service, turn-key property management services available.  Our full time maintenance and leasing staff are dedicated to maximizing our clients' investment returns by handling all of the day-to-day aspects of managing and maintaining rental property.
 
Meridianʼs Managing Partners have over 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate covering the Southeast and Texas totaling over 11,000 multi-family units, 700,000 square feet commercial space and over 700 single family homes.
  
Meridian Management Group focuses on the complete management services of investor owned properties, and is able to provide high-end, affordable, turn-key service for individual or group investment companies.  Having sustained high levels of year-over-year growth, Meridian is not only uniquely qualified to handle investor properties, but also sized appropriately to offer quality services, and most importantly, maintains a sharp focus on investor return on investment.


Our Partners

Mike Furr, Managing Partner, has an early background in corporate accounting, and founded one of Atlantaʼs largest, privately owned office equipment dealerships in the Southeast. Mr. Furr later sold his company to enter the investor real estate market, where he first owned and managed single family homes throughout the Southeast. From that beginning, Mr. Furr purchased and managed multi-family properties, acquired various apartment complexes, as well as additional corporate real estate, including a 45,000 sf office park.

Bryan Brinson, Managing Partner, has extensive experience in Real Estate which has covered all aspects of development, acquisition, asset management, construction management, lease up and disposition. Mr. Brinson has supervised the construction, lease up and property rehabilitation in excess of $20 million dollars. Mr. Brinson successfully integrated over 8,000 multi-family units, with a total portfolio value in excess of $250 million dollars. Prior to Real Estate, Mr. Brinson was a corporate account executive with over 75 employees across the Southeast.
